I have had the most amazing day, so I thought I'd share it with the world as good things rarely happen!!
At the weekend, I lost a horn of my beloved New Rocks (boo hoo, I know, but I was good and proper gutted). I emailed and asked for replacement and had a reply today saying they'd post me a replacement free of charge, result.
At lunchtime I got a message saying I had won tickets to see Juliette and the Licks at a Kerrang gig on Saturday...amazing result, they are awesome and Juliette is so damn hot, and to top it all off I got a phone call saying I could have a free meal at a restraunt after I complained about the service.

So all told it has been an excellent day for me (except for having to go to work!)
