I keep meaning to post something new here, yet I keep thinking that anything I have going on in my life isn't all that interesting to talk about. I still have the same crummy-ass job. I still live in the same house, I still live with the same man (okay, so that part I'm still happy about.) So what to write about. Do I have to have a specific theme or just some random musings? So I guess this will be more of the random thing.
Jeff Healey passed away last week. I saw him as the opening act for Bon Jovi quite a while ago at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh. Yes it was so long ago it was still called the Civic Arena and not Mellon Arena. But not so long ago that the roof still opened. Anyway, it was the greatest opening act I've ever seen still. I tell everyone when I go to concerts how blown away I was by his performance. I loved the way he played the guitar with such style and soul. I could literally feel the music, and that's what it's about. So RIP Jeff, and thank you for making me feel the music.
I cut my hair into one of those Posh Spice inspired bob things. I wanted something a bit trendier than what I'd had going on and something I didn't have to spend a half hour with a curling iron on to make look half decent. I am quite happy with the results though. The only drawback is that I have to wash it every day because my damn scalp gets so oily. That fucks with the color and just becomes a vicious cycle of cut, color, wash, color often. Too bad I can't afford a real stylist to do something amazing with my hair. Right now a couple of hundred dollars is a bit much to be spending on my hair. Even though if I could I'd do it in a heartbeat.
For those of you who know Brian_H check out his profile. He's got some amazing stuff going on right now with his radio career. Help support him because even though he's from Cleveland, he's kinda really awesome! His Projekt X show is returning on Nyte's Realm Radio so be sure to check it out along with his other ventures, because he's gonna be big!!!
I love living in Colorado. I hate March. Seventy-five degrees one day six inches of snow the next. Someone needs to get Mother Nature off the crack and straightened out!
Peace

After I reply to some people, Im going to post a new blog about it.
Rub it in why-dont-cha? It was bad enough when there were only the flavours in my blog but now you tell me there's more? You are an evil, selfish, woman! I gotta say though, you can't beat Fiery Habanero chips with the Monterey Jack dip. Don't even get me started on Smoothie Skittles.
Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. There is talk of us, some day, moving over there. Then I can squirrel away all the good stuff too.
