Hmm, let's see...I feel like I need to post an actual update about life.
I'll only be in Greensboro for another two weeks, until this semester ends. Then it's back to Spring Hope for me, where I'll be working at a very small newspaper for the summer. It's funny, because I never had any intention to end up in journalism, but I am now completely immersed. I've got my sex column here during the school year, random assignments at the paper during the summer, and I've just applied to be a section editor next fall. We'll see how that ends up...
It never ceases to amaze me how quickly people want to be back in your life once you're no longer interested in them. When you open yourself up to them, and leave yourself out there for the taking, they don't care. When you realise their indifference and move on, they're all of a sudden hot on your ass again. Well fuck that. You had your chance. I refuse to play games.
But don't let that little bitch-fest fool you. My life is just peachy at the moment.
