Damn, I'm sore. Got some good exercise walking around yesterday, though. I got my first paycheck yesterday (for two whole days of work), so I had to walk to the nearest ATM to deposit it. Well, I work in Pioneer Square, and luckily they have my bank machines at Safeco Field, which is less than a mile south. So, I enjoyed a lovely walk in the sunshine and saw everyone clamoring to get into the Safe as the Mariners game was starting. I thought about buying a ticket, because I've never been to the new field, but I didn't wanna spend the money. Next time I get paid, though... I mean, it's less than a mile from work- wouldn't you?
Anyway, from there I caught the Sounder train to Auburn, where my car was. I couldn't catch the bus from there to the park and ride, so I walked a mile and a half, stopping on the way to pick up some really shitty (as I found out later on) karaoke CD's. Found my car, went to the Java Jive, drank a pitcher of Pabst, sobered up and went home.
