Running continues to go well. After taking it easy for the latter part of last week, I pulled off another 4 miles on Saturday morning before meeting _Sylar_ for breakfast. This week, I tried making some adjustments to my pace and the length of my walk/run intervals, and it seems like it's been helping. I hope so, because tomorrow I move up to 5 miles, after which it's off to the Salt River for a day of tubing with the SGAZ folks. Floating down the river with a case of cheap beer and a group of great people? Count me in.

In other news, I've been playing guitar a lot more, and have started writing music again. I've been working on a song for a couple of weeks now, and every time I think I've got it just like I want it, I get a new idea and start making changes. Starting to think I might not ever actually finish the damned thing. But even when I hit a roadblock and can't come up with anything, sometimes it's nice to just sit around the apartment and play for awhile. It's a good way to relax and clear my mind. Now to find a band...

Got a lot on my mind today, but this will have to do for now. If I keep writing I'll be late for work. Until next time...
