I just look the one logo into Adobe Illustrator and traced it and cleaned up the lines; made everything smoother.You can take one of the existing logos to (the sb) and put it to a photo using photoshop. for high contrasts pictures (of a guy) you can change the photo to black and white and then use "levels" to brighten the white, and darken the dark to black.

i hope you understood that haha.
