4/30 What is one easy thing you do everyday to maintain fitness?

Mine is pretty simple! I have a very active puppy so I take him for a walk everyday. But weekly, I train boxing or MMA Style Jiu Jitsu to maintain fitness. It’s such a good outlet for stress and I can’t recommend it enough ♥️
