I'm living in a 1BR Apt S of Omaha and made E5. I just figured out my boss' management style. When he sees someone he thinks has potential but is screwing up, he stacks more and more responsibility on them. He gives them more and more rope and waits for them to hang themselves or coil it up neatly.
