i had to reschedule some time with marina today, my mom, at the last minute, tells me she's haveing people from work over and to reschedule my plans to tomorrow. this is absolute bullshit but had i not complied i would never hear the fucking end of her bitching about it. fucking whatever, i went to kinkos to make flyers for the Red Elvises show coming up. more on that after i get some sleep.
i got fed up with the conspicuois consumption and vapid office talk so i left early for Hellbilly Halloween which was AMAZING. Atomic Fiends, Hotrod Hillbilly(singular as he fired both his bassist and drummer), Rocket deVille, and Starlite Wranglers(all the way from Japan). Starlite Wranglers tore up the show, during a great rendition of Ghost Riders in the Sky Tatsuya(guitar and vocals) signals Shinji(bass) to preform the most Rock'n'Roll maneuver i have ever witnesses with my own eyes. Shinji gets down low at an angle with the bass rexting on its monopod and side, and Tatsuya stands on the bass as both him and Shinji play. i have a picture. i need to develop my film tomorrow.
