How are you doing? I wanted to share and let you know I know what you go through. I just came out of a deep cycle. Bipolar disorder sucks. I have not had a bad one in many years due to stable meds. I lost my dog and it must have been the trigger. keep your head up and stay positive. I hope you are well.
