Okay so life is soo not fair....

Just as things were starting to go better for me, with my leg, with everything....

Last night I was getting off couch to go to bed and stepped on my right leg wrong which cause a snap in my healing knee and a wave of pain that rushed over me so fast it almost made vomit.

This morning I wake up to a very swollen leg and pain like I haven't felt in almost a year. so bad that my STRONG painkillers are not even taking the edge off.

I am going to see my Doctor tomorrow.

I'm praying to whoever or whatever wants to listen that I haven't undone the all the rehab I have been doing over the last year and a half!



I am not a happy camper right now!




Update:

I went to the my doctor today and she thinks i either retore my meniscis ligament or i damaged the soft tissue around my knee... she is sending me for a mri which will hopefully happen soon!
