I know there has been lots of confusion about the recent archivals and what this means for SG as a company. I want to clarify that all of the girls who were archived recently either asked to be archived, or exhibited such a pattern of unhappiness with SG that it became clear that it was best for us to part ways. We love all of the girls and made several attempts to find out what their grievances were and to try to rectify anything that we could. It is painful to say goodbye to the beautiful strong women we have recently added to the archive but ultimately their unhappiness was not good for them or for us or for the other SG’s who’s experiences were being effected by their negativity.
We encourage girls to be strong beautiful unique individuals and we have 3 full time staff members @RAMBO rambo@SUICIDEGIRLS.com, @LYXZEN lyxzen@SUICIDEGIRLS.com @SYDNEY modelassist@SUICIDEGIRLS.com, as well as myself missy@SUICIDEGIRLS.com who are always available to talk about whatever issues you have. We do make mistakes, more than we would like, we overlook things, make the wrong call or have a mix up on social media. None of it is personal and we do try to correct the things we are able to and if we fuck up we are not afraid of saying sorry and doing our best to make things right. I implore all of you to use your own experience with the company and interactions with staff to guide you and not let others girls experiences effect your own.
Earlier this week I heartbreakingly severed our working relationship with one of our absolute star personalities on the site over the last 5 years. Damsel was a woman who represented SG so well for so long, had a wonderful attitude and was a responsible and motivated group leader at SG events and shoots.
She has made a lot of accusations since then. They have been hurtful but I understand there are two perspectives to every relationship and when relationships end those usually become apparent.
But her reaction was so extreme that I wanted to review how we got to such a point. I asked all my employees who had communication with her to forward me those communications to see if or how we had mistreated her or what we had done to have her feel so angry with us.
In reviewing all the communications with her I see how we disappointed her but I don't think we mistreated her.
Since Damsel has made it a lot of accusations about SG, I am publishing the entirety of the communications between my employees and her to give full context to her complaints and help everyone make up their minds with all the information.
I believe in an expectation of privacy in communications, and as a policy we do not discuss the details of a girls archival, however in this extraordinary circumstance where a model is publicly attacking us and lobbing serious accusations and we have emails that directly contradict what she is saying I feel the importance of giving people all the information outweighs the expectation of privacy. We have blacked out any names or personal details from the communication to protect the privacy of those not directly involved but have not otherwise altered the documents.
No one at SG has anything but fond feelings for Damsel and all the amazing times we had working with her over the years.
I truly am sorry for the hurt feelings. I know Damsel will continue to be a star on social media, in the colorado cannabis community and in whatever she chooses to be passionate about. She was always a delight for us to work with and I wish we could have parted ways as friends. Our hand is always extended to her in friendship.
