I'm so starting to fall for this boy. I know I have talked about him in every journal entry for the past three weeks, but he's...wonderful. He's the most genuine person I have ever gone out with. And he's adorable. And fuckin' sexy.
So a friend saw my SG link in my AIM profile and sent me a link to another competing site. It was poor, though it did make me curious. So I looked around at some other sites (which I won't post, of course) and came across one on which I recognized someone on the front page. I investigated further, and lo and behold, the site founder and model was this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE girl that I knew in college. And the tech guy was her boyfriend, whom she met WHEN I WAS DATING HIM. They were just downright revolting and I do harbor resentment to this day, though even independently of him picking her over me, they really were a disgusting pair of individuals. One of my fondest memories of college is telling both of them off very publically at a formal party my senior year. Good times.

Oh, a Columbia undergrad? That's where I'm doing my PhD. Unfortunately not at the lovely Morningside campus, but at the significantly less attractive Washington Heights medical campus. But it's still a chance to live in New York, which is great. I love it too - the fact that no matter what day of the week, there's always more going on than you could possibly do is pretty compelling.

glad things are going so well with the boy. Although if it was my friend aaron from high school, or my old roomate, Hog, watch out. they're both scumbags. Especially aaron. Never trust an investment banker who lives in a basement in Lynn.
