Okay before I get started talking about my awesome adventures Tuesday. Let me just say: STUPID people suck! I hate stupid people, especially the individuals that think they are intelligent.
So anyway, I had an awesome day...Tuesday...
Sounds of the Underground Tour! Fucking badass! I had to wake up at 10AM after crashing at 4AM. The bands started playing at 12 so Sara and I wanted to get there as close to that time as we could. We actually got there at 12:30 which was good timing! I am normally late as shit, I show up an hour after I say I am going to. (I am working on it, sorry guys!) Devil Driver was playing when we got there, which was awesome! My favorite performances were (not in any specific order) Devil Driver, High on Fire, CHIMAIRA, and of course Lamb of God, kicked ass. I also saw Gwar, they were great. It was my first time seeing them, but I was well aware of the fact that I needed to be at least 400ft away from the front of the stage. They had a Nazi-Pope come out and they ripped his face off to greet us. Next, they welcomed great'ol George Bush on to the stage and cut his fucking head off. They shot goo all over everyone. It was great. Kids looked like aliens because their skin was stained with green. Clutch kicked ass, too. The drum solo was transcendental, he played and played and played, and as soon as you thought he was done he kicked your ass straight into the next song. :::sigh::: Oh I loved it so!
I took a picture with DEZ! What a hottie! I especially loved Chimaira's stage presence, now if only they could have kept their drunken horny drummer on the bus after the show. It was great to meet him, but you get a weird vibe when you know why they came to talk to you, long after the meet-N-greet, instead of you pursuing them. By 5 I was exhausted and ready to go. I didn't want to go, but my body was ready. I am glad I didn't leave because everyone was great, every single performance was impressive, even though I didn't name all of the bands, they all were great. My last but not least favorite, Lamb of God came on stage at about 10pm and kicked our tired asses so fucking hard. Randy, is sooo hot. 
I had so much fun! I suggest if you want to see some awesome bands, meet some cool people, and have the time of your life you go to the show when it comes to your town! Support the SOTU tour so they come back again next year and rip it up some more.
