I just feel bagged. You know usually I like my job (lets face it they pay me to well to leave) but people really need to start being more respectful. I think some people forget the best way you can get help is by being kind. I will go above and beyond for a customer who is frustrated but doesn't take it out on me. If your screaming I'll get what you need done or fix what needs to be fixed regardless but when your sweet to me I'll give you a little extra. Thanks for listening to my little rant

aye, agree, thank god my customers usually treat me very well, even though it costs them $1M for every hour the systems are down, but they never stress me because they know if I get stressed things go wrong
