I missed you guys while I was away

Doesnt show you much though except how red my hair is 
So Milan for the weekend. What an amazing place and so beautiful. I took some pics but not loads as my camera was playing up but I dont think they will even do the city justice.
So we got there at about 3pm on saturday. We went to our hotel, sorted out our luggage and set off for a stroll around the city. We started walking at 3.30 and didnt get back to the hotel until about 9.30. Needless to say we were both really tired on the first night.
On the sunday we went to the Milan castle which was stunning. It was surrounded by this amazing park as well so we walked around and found a spot to rest for a while. Then it was back to the hotel for a change of clothes and a trip to the football, which I have to say was amazing. The stadium was packed and it was funny watching all the italians get really angry at the ref and at the players. Football is huge over in Italy and it was great to see all these people with so much fashion.
We then had a posh meal in the hotel restaurant where we both got dressed up for the occasion. It was quite romantic and to follow on from our meal we took a walk down to a park and went for a stroll in the moonlight. The park was amazing. It had a natural history museum in it along with a planetarium and was perfectly lit.
The weather was amazing, bright blue skies although a little too hot for me and my pale skin. All the freckles on my face came out and so i was a little embarrassed for most of the weekend.
The architecture in the city is so beautiful and it is so clean unlike London. Everything is also really laid back which surprised me. I dont know what I was expecting but it totally blew me away.
I have totally fallen in love Milan. I can not find a single fault with the city which makes it such a shame to be back in London with the crap weather. Oh well, life goes on but at least now I can dream a pretty dream of Milan.
