So it's the first of August. Let us take a moment to reflect on July and what had happend....okay, I'm done. So, who's got the beer?
About that Art Gallery Manager's job, apparently the lady who is hiring doesn't get back from vacation this week. They haven't even begun interviewing!!! That's a good thing guys Also, they said they've only had like a grand total of 3 people apply so far so my odds are pretty damned good! lol So, please keep me in your upmost thoughts and/or prayers for that position. I REALLY WANT IT!
I wore this crazy like outfit out today looking for a job. I had these tight black capris on and my knee high goth boots on. I wore a red tank top thingy and a see through black sweater/wrap around thing that tied into a huge bow in the back and this really cool black hat. I even did my make up all gothicy Anywho, so I go out looking for a job and on my ventures I stop to see my mom and she's goes "You look ridiculous, you shouldn't wear that to find a job." and I think "whatever" and move on...then my husband picks me up to go job hunting on his lunch together. He tells me the same thing, well just the job part. He actually finds me sexy in this get up. But he insists that I shouldn't wear something so radical. Again, whatever. So I go in the first place I applied to do a follow up and as I'm talking to the owner lady about it, she stops me and goes "You know, I just have to say, you are the cutest thing I've seen all day! That out fit is amazing!" and I just hold my head high and beam from ear to ear "Why Thank you!!!!" I exclaim and very prestigeously (sp?) exit and tell my husband what a goober he is for telling me that I looked unprofessional or whatever.
HA! You judgmental bodagets!
