missmuffet

today, i feel very lucky to be alive. i completely wrecked my car this morning on my way to school. my fault really. the rear end fishtailed and i lost complete control of the car. it spun right into the shoulder lane and crashed right into the center divider (this is when my airbags deployed). somehow, my car managed to launch its entire rear end onto the center divider and there it rested. i'm lucky i didn't fly into the other side of on-coming traffic. i came out of my car without a single scratch. it took quite a while to realize what had happened, even as people came rushing out of their cars to see if I had been hurt. it didn't hit me until several hours later when i called my mother, and i cried like a little girl again when i heard her voice...

well, there goes my beloved car. i highly doubt it can be salvaged. good thing AAA provides unbeatable coverage. but i am quite amazed...nothing like wrecking a car to make you feel so alive...
