This is old, like 2002 but new to me. Long story how i stumbled across this, but anyway check this out:
Mother of 46-year-old fetus in stable state after delivering oldest baby

A 75-year old woman whom surgeons operated on to take out a 46-year-old fetus, is in a stable status, said one of the surgeons who performed the surgery.
Professor Wazzani Taibi, head of the gynecology department at the Rabat maternity, said Friday at a press conference the rural woman went in 1956 to deliver her baby but when doctors told her she will undergo a caesarian operation, she left the hospital. But last July, as she felt abdominal pains and went to the hospital, a radiography revealed the skeleton of a fetus inside a calcareous envelop.
Doctors conducted the surgery that lasted for over 2 hours to extract the fetus that weighed 3.5 kg and the woman left the hospital after 7 days.
The case is a very rare instance of extra-uterine pregnancy.
You know, when women are tired of being pregnant i'm always like, "Yeah, it sucks but don't worry it can't stay in there forever!" WEEEELLLLL I retort.
What i don't get is, wouldn't you know the baby was still in there after like... a year went by? Wouldn't you be like "Hey uh.... *looks down* i'm still pregnant. PERHAPS something's wrong."
How the hell do you just go on about your day knowing....you were pregnant.... and never gave birth.... HHHMMM.. This headline should have read, "World's dumbest bitch."

hahahha that reminded me of a nip/tuck episode where some lady had a fetus in her that had turned to stone, becuase it had been in her for 20 years or something. it got like calcified? i dunno, something like that.
