Been feeling pretty crap about my Mum too. If you didn't know, she died in February... My life has changed. Somedays I don't even want to leave my bed. It's incredibly hard.

Glad to see you back and have enjoyed following your travels on IG. I don't think there is any magic to remove the pain. It will always be there but you can gradually learn better how to live with it. All the best to you.
