I tell you what I'm tired of... People commenting my images and telling me how I'm a "real woman."
Usually, they are telling me this because they appreciate my curves, my thighs, etc... I am thankful for the fact they do indeed appreciate my shape BUT guess what guys?! EVERY WOMAN IS A REAL WOMAN!
I find this phrase "real woman" quite frankly disgusting... Every woman, despite age, size, weight, dress size, shape, etc is a REAL WOMAN!
Yes okay, society/media spams magazines etc with skinny looking women who are airbrushed to perfection but we all know that's just the way things are. BUT PLEASE can we just stop with this "real woman" bullshit now!?
That's one of the reasons why I love SuicideGirls so much... Such a diverse, beautiful range of women. All happy and liberated and proud to show their bodies in every shape and form they come in.
This also reminds me: SuicideGirls Instagram featured one of my images last week. Which was fantastic! Thanks guys! I received lots of nice comments but also so much hate was received on said image... Luckily for me I don't care about haters... But it's sad that people still feel the need to take time and energy out of their lives to hate on images and people... Wow...
