ok, so I`d like to give a big fuck you to the MPAA and the RIAA
MPAA - first you fight over who reins supreme (beta or vhs) fucking all those over who have bought beta tapes. Then you change over VHS then to DVD, and I can see you assholes transitioning over to blue ray, once again forcing me to change everything over again.
RIAA - You change vinyl to 8 track, then 8 track to cassette tape, then from cassette tape to CD... and I can`t even begin to tell you how many times I have replaced albums purchased in the past.
Forcing me to (time and time again) replace my media systems and paraphernalia. I can`t even tell you how much I have spent over the years.. I try and do right and purchase and even re-purchase my shit... the reason I am angry is not really that I am constantly forced to replace my shit, but today I went out to buy the sound track for across the universe only to find that upon looking up the sound track and lyrics, that I am missing about 8 songs. Upon further inspection I realized that I bought Across the universe (music from the motion picture).. unbeknownst to me, there is a (DELUXE) version that contains ALL the songs from the motion picture. Why they would come out with a CD with only half the songs on it is beyond me. I suppose I could have done a little better research and perhaps walk around with a list of all the songs on the film, but really... REALLY who does that??? So now I am $16.99 in the hole.
so yeah... if someone can find me where I can contact someone with this matter because I cant find an address or email address to contact. I would love nothing more than to send them a studious yet terse email. I am now currently downloading both the FULL motion picture sound track AND film rather than buying it because at this point, they BOTH owe me. PIRATED!
