Im going to start an independent, non profit therapy site for those who wish to remain anonymously by choice for people who are unsure of what to do with either mental ailments, overwhelming stress and even situations that end with undesirable consequences.

Sometimes it's hard to admit that we need other people. Sometimes depression & suicidal thoughts contain a component of upset & anger towards the world & the people in it, who cant relate?? The truth is, nothing can really substitute for consoling. Just talking to someone, explaining, sharing, venting, being listened to, can often give us a temporary reprieve and provide a much self reflection in order to analyze your strengths and weaknesses, how to cope with them and understand oneself better.
Talking to someone can temporarily change your perspective - Human contact changes the brain chemistry & opens that emotion "pod" of pent up emotions for temporary relief - and it may not be what they say, but just the exchange of emotions like empathy, compassion, & concern.
Ill update on my blog when I have the site or method in which I provide consisant help and begin my little venture!

personally id rock an advice interface on youtube but thats just me maybe make a new email specificallly for it so people can remain anonymous... maybe with a ting of playfullness or comedy to the advice cause serious solemn advice givers make me wanna die
