Went to the track today to see it's condition. On Sunday I will race down this track, that I haven't been down since I blew up my transmission. 
Nervous? Not really. Spooked? A little, every time I go there I think of it, and cringe. I will conquer this blasted track.
The condition of it seems good. Monday they scraped the track and evened it out. It looks nice and when I walked it, the whole thing looked better than it ever has. My confidence is up.
I just so happen to be working this week with the guy that is the voice of the Hamburger Helper Mitt.
Well, two more days until the weekend!
