I just cancelled my account by mistake because I was trying to put in new card details as Del paid for my resubscription and I needed to change the details and it said about being cancelled, but it's still here so I have no clue what is going on hehe.

Things have been a bit up and down for me. Work has been going good, I've been getting paid good money for working overtime so I've been saving up for my new cottage which fingers crossed me and Nadia are going to move into on the 11th of April. It's a nice little place, 2 double bedrooms, 20ft garden, nice sized kitchen and lounge, the bathroom is a bit of a shithole but it will do, and we can do it up nice. I'll try and post some photos of it as soon as I take some. We are just waiting for our credit checks to come back. I have half of the amount needed already saved up so when I get paid tomorrow and next wednesday I'll have pretty much the whole chunk saved.
My Nan has been pretty ill and and one point I thought she was going to die. She's a bit better now, still in hospital where the care she is receiving is actually SHOCKING. I come out of the hospital most nights fuming. It's not good being a nurse and going to see someone in hospital, because you pick up all their mistakes, and when you tell them about it they get narky. Sunday night when I told them that my Nans mouth was so dry that it had cracked and was bleeding and she couldnt eat or drink due to it they simply told me "visiting hours are over". Luckily I didn't stand for it, and made sure they did what I asked before I went, but it makes me kinda cross when they are like that, if I hadn't said anything then her mouth would have just got worse and would mean she wouldnt get any nutritional intake so would be going downhill. I could rant about it for ages, but I won't bore you all.
I finally got my ears pierced again, much to my mothers annoyance [yes mum, i'm almost 28 and think i can decide for myself]. they are still a bit tender, probably doesn't help that they got dragged through the straighteners again this morning hehe. I like them though, can't wait for 2 months to go past so I can get the 4th holes pierced, I also want to get my left cartlidged pierced again so it matches the other side.
One bit of bad news is that I seemed to have started smoking again. I was so stressed at work a few weeks that someone gave me a cigarette and since then I've been smoking a few each day. I need to stooooop but no willpower. Rubbish.

sorry to hear about your nan...... it really pisses me off that hospitals sometimes treat older patients as lesser patients......so sad. i hope it improves for her.
