My good friend Richards mum died today. I will always remember her, because she was an amaing woman, and always so welcoming. Pip was diagnosed with a brain tumor 18 months ago. Unfortunatly unlike the last one, this one was innoperable. She was given until april last year to live, her daughters wedding was moved to march 2008 so she could be there and give her away. A year later she lived to see Becky and Dougies first wedding anniversary.

Always the life and soul of the party, we celebrated new years with her where she was in her element welcoming people into her home.

I have seen her deteriorate physically for 18 months now, but never has a mind been sharper or more full of love and she will be missed terribly.
