I started running again about a month ago and I can already tell the results. I feel a lot more energetic and I can almost fit in the dress I want to wear for a friend's wedding coming up next saturday. *fingers crossed* I'm not sure how many miles I've been walking/running but it seems like it's working. And eating a lot less as well. I am very hopeful that I can shoot a new set by the end of this year and try to go pink again.
The routine has been: I walk from my house to the strand, then from there to a friend's house where I meet up with everybody, we go down to the beach, walk from Hermosa past the Manhattan pier and back to 3rd street. Stretch and go home for an awesome breakfast of bananas and eggs. yummy!!!
We've seen dolphins and seals all over the place. It's beautiful and makes the walk more interesting.
I will try to post the pics here once I get to Nick's computer...
