It began in 1996 as Turbonegro gave a concert in the club of the FC St. Pauli, whereupon Bela B. 15 patches with the inscription TJ St. Pauli had made.
Three years later - Turbonegro were split- acquired the Hamburg record label Bitzcore various rights to Turbonegro, and left for himself and thirty other friends Levi's fifty-Jean jackets with the words Turbo Jugend St. Pauli embroider.
The Turbojugend was born.
The logo of the Youth , the leather cap, was chosen of Turbonegro because homosexuality was the only thing to provoke the Black Metal music scene which was dominated by the home country Norway.
The appearance of the Turbojugend provocative, but it is largely apolitical, dissociates itself from any right-thinking and makes quite clear that they are not human beings with the right attitude to have among themselves. The Turbojugend include male and female members from different countries, cultures and social backgrounds and classes.
We are Frankensteins Monster, that Turbonegro created and now, it is out of control. We make party, drink much alcohol in pubs, love life and meet once a year at the Weltturbojugentage
So,Are you ready for some darkness?
