Well, it's Sunday evening, I just finished cutting Scotty's hair a while ago, and now I retire to the pooter to see what's up in the wonderful world of SG!
Shit...I just saw that Hank III is playing on FRIDAY. I thought it was Saturday, so we were going to SG Friday and him Saturday. MissD was a happy bunny...but alas it is not to be
Oh well, I'm still excited to come out to the Burlesque. I hope they get a great turnout!
We are currently furniture-less due to an
"incident" concerning a night of crazy revellery, a certain friend (who shall remain nameless) and said friend's inability to "contain" themselves. Lets just say the sofa and love seat has had to be cleaned and now we find out that it has to be restained(long story)..TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! that we don't have. Luckily, said friend is stepping up and covering costs but in the process we are without furniture for a minimum of 2 more weeks and even when we get it back it will be a completely different couch as the 3-tone effect our leather had, cannot be reproduced!
Woe is me..My poor sore arse. No more spontaneous, group sleepovers at MissD's house! well, only with tried & tested friends anyway This entry is somewhat negative huh? Well, fuck it..it's not all that bad! I'm still alive & kicking! (just, apparently the wrong people!

Edited to say: Oh yeah, I put up a few more pics a couple from New Years etc etc. I think tomorrow I'm going to download some old Cure, Old brit Ska, some Etta James among others. Yup musical nostalgia will be the order of the day. Night night
