Well, this week is positively FLYING by...as is my life!!! The old cliche that the older you get the faster it goes is SO true!! wwwhhhhoaaa slow it down, I wanna get off ...(never a truer ambiguous phrase spoken, where's my jack rabbit? )
I had a full day of testing out at school on Wednesday and passed both practical and theory with flying colours! woo hoo So I now move into phase 4, I'd better start thinking of somewhere to apprentice after all this. Been listening to an obscure mixture of Sixteen Horsepower and Siouxsie this week. If you haven't heard SH they are an AMAZING band and you owe it to yourself. A kind've dark and brooding deep country/ blue Grass rooted sound. Very dark & forboding both lyrically and instrumentally lyrics read of the singer's struggle with his faith, the devil and everyday lustful behaviours....makes you just want to drag him kicking & screaming to the dark side!!! If you have a musically open mind (and I know many of you do) you HAVE to listen to these guys. Low Estate is seriously one of my favourite CD's. I LOVE it ! Gotsta jump in the shower, I'm running late 4 skewl

i graduated in the summer of '97. i've heard richard hayler has a really good color program. i've met people who worked there. it is sad that you have to choose. i work in a small salon now and get to do both. i rent a station which is pretty nice, i make my own hours and all. the only trouble in paradise is i'm totally right brained i.e. a terrible business person but i compensate in other ways. color is a good choice, though i couldn't tell you which i prefer. avalon was a great experiance for me though maybe not for others, to each his own. well good luck it's a killer career i wouldn't change it for anything except maybe rockstardom. so what's dallas like these days, where do you guys hang out? i miss some of my old haunts, it's pretty different up here but i'm slowly adjusting. and there is snow on the mountains, sweat...
