For the first time in months, it's actually been months, i seriously feel excited about my weekend. I'm not working, i have no money but i have petrol, phone credit, weed and good friends. On top of that, i have awesome plans with those friends. I'm excited about sitting down and talking, laughing and reliving moments. Saying goodbye because some of them are leaving so very soon.

I feel like i've turned a massive corner. I have depression and i relapsed again about 3-4 months ago and it's taken me till now to feel right again. But each time it happens, i learn so many new things. This time round my friendship circle opened my eyes and i realised just how much i had shut myself off from everyone and everything. I don't see it happening, it just suddenly is there. The difference was this time i actually talked about it. I opened up and let people see how i was inside. It felt so good that im still on the high. I'm going to ask them if they could just help me out and if they see me slipping then to give me a hand out. Just let me know that it's happening and i can sort myself out.

I'm totally getting there and it feels wonderful.
