So... I spent 2 hours today on the phone with HP. I had talked with three different non english speaking reps. The end result... the desktop is pulled apart and I will be throwing it away. The last person I spoke with Mohamad (however you fucking spell that name) said that he would have to charge me to send a new hard drive. I flipped out which I normally don't do. I told him there was no way I was paying for the hard drive, he said no we won't charge you we're going to just hold the funds until we get the old hard drive back. I told him that thier pc's suck and he started talking about quality control people etc.. I told him I was going to throw away the piece of shit computer and then told him to fuck off and then I hung up. I don't like HP/Compaq computers and I don't want this one anymore.... I have a laptop that gets me by with no problems and guess what it's a no name computer that has never given me any troubles and I have had it for a couple years.

Thats my story and I am sticking to it.
