i can't stop coughing. it's now progressed to that smoker's cough sound and the phlegm comes with it. UGH. you'd think that i wouldn't want to eat because i feel sick. nope. i'm more hungry than i was before! this is not helping my cause any! i'm eating but i can't work out! i'm going to do situps til i can't stand it any longer...
