wow. so, before i fall asleep from exhaustion let me tell you all a bit about the new job. i am now an OFFICIAL mortgage banker. i won the "heavy hitter" award in my training class and was the top seller in all the training classes combined as well (my friend teases me that i'm #1 MVP in the country). so, i'm doing well i've already written 3 loans and gotten one set of documents back and i just graduated from training yesterday! so, i'm thrilled!! yay!

i just got home and it's midnight, i went into the office to make a call to a client and ended up getting a new client, wrote them a loan and emailed all the docs to them. i gave them my cell # so they can call me when they get home and we can go over the documents together. all this on my day off!!

needless to say, i'm a workaholic and this job is like my dream... sigh. there were only a few of us in the office tonight because it's a holiday weekend. i don't care, i'm trying to get a leg up on this month. my leads aren't as great as people who are top producers so i need to convert as many leads into loans as possible to get better leads (it's not cold calling but some loans are better than others obviously). OH!!! and i have a little fish tank at my cubicle!! i bought piranhas for it yesterday! when i get pissed at a client i'll name a goldfish after them and watch my fishies tear it apart they are totally badass. my cubicle is still pretty empty though. i need cute pictures of everyone to remind me what you all look like.

ok must sleep. i have to go in again tomorrow.
