And the Fourth is here...it's also the girl that lives across the streets birthday. Woo.
Every year my family and I have a huge fireworks battle with the neighbors. Dad spends...our mortgage money :-P on fireworks and every July 5th I spend the morning/afternoon cleaning up the mess with him. Hopefully I won't have to do it this year because A) I have sunburn and B) there's a new machine he's borrowing that might sweep that stuff right up.
I have sunburn because on Friday I went swimming/babysitting with a family friend kid and their friend. It would have been both kids but the boy didn't want to take his shirt off in front of everyone else...the children in that family are swaped... the girl is an extreme tomboy [trunks and a t-shirt was her swimsuit] and the boy is very very sensative. Not that they can't be that way it's just a little ironic because the father is a very...he's a guy. Anyways even with 60+ spf and multiple times of reapplying...I still fried.. with tan lines.
So now I have to wait till I can even this shit out [aka tan-lines if my skin tans this time..maybe I'll get lucky and it won't] so I have to cancel the shoot that was suppose to be done this coming Friday. Plus still have to get my hair trimmed and dyed...and that costs money which I don't have
It's also day...3 of a no-tv thing...I'm not going to explain the details I'm just going to call it a dare/experiment. Two weeks of no television...it's hard to get away from in this house because whenever I go downstairs to eat it's there so I kinda have to wait...or run to get food. I do a lot of drawing and staring and more drawing...I have a ds and I found a sims game in my cousins room and I beat that in about two days.
Uh-oh it looks like it's going to rain...:/ well...off to the celebrations I guess.
