I love this time of year, so many public holidays! As my roster falls I had Sunday and Monday off, worked yesterday, had today off and I get tomorrow off as well!
Today I made an awsome pirate ship out of cardboard for a costume party I'm going to on Saturday night. I'm going as, yup, you guessed it, a ! Anybody got any good ideas for my pirate name? I was thinking of Captain Jack Swallows, hee hee .
Right now I'm in the middle of cooking dinner, baked bacon carbonara. Man I love the smell of frying .
Sunday arvo was awesome, some of the guys from work and I went down to the beach to play frisbee. We drank a carton of Corona between us and made some wicked catches, but I sure have been feeling it the last couple of days. My shoulders are aching.
Tomorrow I'm going to get my ears pierced again, I think I'll get an industrial, unless my friend Lori has any better ideas. She'll be piercing me at Vogue, Air Raid Arcade, Darwin City (she said she would lock me in the cupboard if I didn't give her a plug. Well, no, she didn't really. I just thought I'd send out props.)
