OH god I don't even know where to begin with what happened in Thunderbay. It was a mind blowing trip!
Kim and I left Saturday after she got off of work at 5pm. We went and picked up the scorpions right after and hit the road.
We managed to get to Kenora before darkness hit so the rest of the seven hour drive was spent in the dark. Kim amused herself by either knitting me a scarf or taking care of those damn scorpions.
I called Craig when we hit Dryden to let him know the approximate time that we would be arriving in TB. Kim and I both realised something though about Dryden. It smells like Broccoli. Nasty.
So we finally hit Thunderbay at around 2:30am their time which then turned into 3:30am b/c of the daylight savings thing. LOVELY! Craig, wonderful sweetheart that he is, had a case of beer waiting for me. I didn't realise how much I had actually missed this guy. It is hard to describe how things are between us. It was like nothing had changed at all. I passed out every night next to him and woke up to his beautiful tattooed body the next morning.
On sunday Craig had to go to work for a while so his buddy Mike took us around TB. We went to a DRIVE THRU PORN STORE! Kim ended up buying $30 fishnets. After that we went back to Craig's and bought $75 worth of beer and got shitfaced.
Monday was the day of the concert. Bless his sweet soul Craig got us into a backstage party with Robin Black. I myself am not too interested in them but Kim was in her glory. Craig ended up getting really drunk, screaming "I'm Rick James Bitch" constantly, and trying to mount Robin Black. Then he stole a skateboard and nearly killed himself trying to ride it. We also went to Centerfolds that night and Craig was so drunk he took the strippers clothes and put them on. He and his buddy Mike then proceeded to throw drinks at each other. It was fucking hilarious. Earlier in the day, I went down to the tattoo parlor that Craig works at, CENTRAL BODY ART, and he tattooed me. Also Mike is training to be a piercer so he was able to pierce both of my nipples for free. Basicly I got $130 worth of body mods all for FREE!!! I am completely in love with the tattoo gun!
Kim and I were supposed to leave on tuesday but she ended up falling head over heals for Mike and we ended up staying until Wednesday. I had a ridiculously great time.
I never realised how much I missed Craig. We never really had a chance to be together when he lived in Wpg for those couple of months. I was STUPIDLY with someone whom I thought was better. HA what a joke. Now things are amazing. I am moving to Thunderbay for the summer. It was horrible to have to get up and leave on wednesday. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Thank god he is coming to wpg sometime this month to do some tattooing. I think I would go crazy otherwise.
So as of June 28th, I will be living in thunderbay. I am stupidly excited about it.
