i got my evaluation at work the other day. out of 14 categories, i got 9 outstandings and 5 goods. i guess that is good, but i was still a little disappointed. i just don't know what more i can do. i guess disappointed isn't the right word... maybe just a little down because i can probably be doing better, i just don't know how. it's a very good review though, so that is how i am going to take it.


tonight i'm going to be playing poker with the guys from my work. i'm excited, but scared as well. i'm sure it will be fun.


i was looking at my friends list and thinking about all of the amazing people i have met here. i have decided that i am going to randomly name someone in my journal that i think is awesome just to show my appreciation for them. this is in no way me trying to create some popularity contest and i will eventually say something about everyone. (but there are so many of you that i adore it is going to take a while.) mainly i just wanted to let you know why i think you rock!

today's person is oliva. now i know i don't even need to go into detail about how amazing this girl is. look at what she does for this site. she is witty, intelligent, gorgeous, kind-hearted, and one of the most wonderful people i have ever met. i wish i could spend more time with her, but i feel so lucky that i get to see her at all. *so much love for olivia*
