Had a pretty awesome day today at work! I am a co-teacher in a middle school special ed class and my work is super rewarding and the kids are awesome but it makes my day 10times better when I can help out the kids who aren't in my class and don't see me all the time. I helped a boy get from a D in humanities class to a B+ in four days just by giving him a book to do a project!! Who knew all it took was for someone to sit down and listen to the poor guy and let home borrow a book. Wish I had enough time to do that with all of them!

In other news my daughter and I made the most delicious m&m cookies they're almost too sweet to eat more than one lol and we had an amazing crab dinner but of course I somehow managed to slice my hand open on a crab leg.
