It's interesting nowadays how society is so quick to judge individuals. Being critical of ones appearance seems significantly more important then their intelligence or personality. I believe that we're living in an age of anti-intellectualism.
Perhaps that's why I enjoy being around dogs and reptiles . Although they have relatively simple minds, they don't distinguish humans by materialism or societal "must haves". unless those societal must haves include bacon or a mouse.
