I guess I've over done it a bit with the old ankle. I'm in a bit of pain and I'm out of pain meds. I've been on Con Leave since 29 June and I just wanted to do some work around the house so I don't feel like such a lazy bastard and I guess I've over worked my ankle.

My knee reminds me pretty regularly of the things I know I shouldn't do. You'll get rhythm figured out.
