I went climbing today, I'm hoping not to ache quite so much as usual 'cause I did some super-lame yoga stretches beforehand, I had so much fun though. I've had a day of eating out, climbing up walls and watching movies.
I did kinda get stuck up this one wall... which really isn't that high... until you're at the top of it. I had to have a little sit down on a ledge to get used to the height and had a little trouble turning around to climb back down, ended up sliding down the wall. I don't think I've hurt myself but I need to watch my ankle 'cause it got kind of stuck between mats. Ah well, it could have bee worse. I'm pretty proud of myself for getting further than last time I went and I'm getting a lot more used to climbing, I'm gonna try to get going a lot more often to build up my strength and my confidence, I really enjoy it!
The movie I saw was Forgetting Sarah Marshall, um... since when do movies come out on wednesdays? I went to see it for Russell Brand and he was fantastic in it, I thought there was kind of a danger of him being her ridiculous new boyfriend and the film making him look like an idiot but the character actually came off really well, it's a lot better than the trailers make it look, and actually the film really stood up on it's own, it wasn't just me thinking "where's Russell?" every time he wasn't in a scene.
Fun times and jelly tots for all today.
