I prefer Carousel; I think the dimensions are correct, I find the bird in Songbird to large. I placed a vote on the Carousel on the website. I think you have some mad talent.

Mine's the same, it was my mum's and sort of became mine by default. Older than me too. It's horrible trying to replace it, because you get used to its idiosyncratic little ways, like the way it would sometimes go mad winding the bobbin and you'd spend the next hour trying to cut it out of a web of thread. Kinda like trying to find a new boyfriend just after a breakup, but it's difficult because you were so comfortable with the old one. Anyway, I'll stop waxing lyrical now, personifying a sewing machine is possibly a step too far... x
