Okay this blog is going to be one big rant so if u dont want to read it then just close this now.....
Okay so what the hell is wrong with people today? Im a cake decorator at Palmer Big Y, and today i met the bitchest customer EVER!!!
She ordered a Little Mermaid cake, and i have 2 of them. We didnt have the one she wanted so last night when i was making the cake, i told my boss this and he told me to just use the other one. Ok, big mistake. This lady screamed at me. She got my bosses bussiness card and our district managers name and number, so this is a huge deal to her. To be nice after everything is taken care of. I offer to see if i can find the one she wanted. The only one i could find was in Spencer. So she said that she would take it. So, i drove the hour and twenty minutes round trip to get the decoset for her so she could have it. I get back and make the cake and then get yelled at again by the store manager, because apparently i was wrong in trying to make the customer happy. So anyways, i make the damn cake and have it ready for her by 1pm, liked she asked and the dumb bitch never fucking came for it. I called her and she said that she couldnt get away from the party to come a get it.
So long story short (too late), she bitched and got the first cake for free, i drove over a hour to get her the one she wanted and then she didnt even come and pick it up. Seriously, i hate people!!
Anyone who reads this, please be nice to the people that handle your food. Do we go to your work and harrass you all day long--NO!
