Well the trip is over, ..for now. Work went well and there may be more in the near future. Yay! I love SF. But I love the eastcoast too. And I am pretty happy to be back in the great state of Maine.
Seems the not so fair weather follows me where ever I go. In SF we had an unheard of 6 days of HAIL! While back in Maine it was 70 degrees at times. Then I return home and it snows and rains. WTF! This always happens to me though so I shouldn't be so surprised. Its not all bad though. Usually there is a silver lining to the dark cloud that hangs over my head. I just have to be patient and keep my eyes on the prize.
Well today I need to catch up on some things. Like renting out one of my apartments. While I was in SF my tenant called and announced their leaving in May. I shouldn't have procrastinated this long but I am only one man with so much to do. And never enough time to do it all.
So take this as an open invitation to all SG's looking to move to Maine for what ever reason. I have a two bedroom apt. located in downtown Bangor. (Its a city with a country feel.) Close to everything. Including the University of Maine Orono. (10 minutes driving) Heat/hot water as well as parking and secured entrance. Available May 1st. 750/month + deposit - pets welcome. No smoking please.
Now I am off to work. Its raining. Blah! Just another day.
