So, recently, within the past couple of weeks, meat has been making me sick. Particularly beef. Every time I eat it, I become physically disgusted. So I'm considering going vegetarian, but I'm still not sure. I'm wondering if anyone has any good vegetarian recipes for a noob like me, cause I have no idea how to eat right anyway. I'm not cutting meat out of my system because I prefer not to eat anything with a face. I could care less. I just feel like I'm not at my healthiest, and I could definitely lose the weight. I'm actually trying to detox my system at the moment.

I've embarked on a no wheat, no dairy diet a couple of months ago and I wish it were as simple as just cutting meat out of a diet.
