Today I've got a chance to try out a special ice cream 😊 How can an ice cream be special and why? Well, it was a artisan white chocolate ice cream with lavender. The unique flavour of the lavender was definitely dominant and left a sweetish taste in my mouth. I definitely loved it 😊
So, have you ever tried anything lavender flavoured?

Lavender is part of the blend in Herbes de Provence, which is nice when making a rub for Bar-B-Queing. *I made a tincture of Lavender to make a cordial with. *The scent is relaxing.
