Left work at 4pm yesterday and went to the pub for Friday drink...got home at 7am this morning! Quite a night. Went back to my old haunt Krazy House. Haven't been there for a year ever since my girlfirend slipped and broke her wrist there on Paddys night. She has avoided it since but she actually dragged me there last night. It was a good night, music was poor though. Usually get a good mix of metal in there but it was mostly 80's music last night with a hint of more recent pop rock. Got out of there at 4am and went onto a nightclub till 6am, then a Burger King and home to fall alseep on the couch still wearing my coat!
Tonight I'm off to see a Genesis tribute gig which should be pretty good. Seconds Out era, just after Gabriel left but before they went down the pop route. Looking forward to it and fingers crossed afterwards (if my girlfriends up to it) a Queens of the Stone Age tribute band!. But right now I'm enjoying hair of the dog with Holes Live Through This playing.
