Counselling does have an effect it seems. Todays session has moved me enough to make me go out in a gale force wind just to buy wine so I can forget all about the counselling session 
Seriously, it's bad out there, swear I nearly got hit in the head by a flying squirral on the way back 
Anyway, apparently I've been told I'm retreating into my cave to lick my wounds afterbeing screwed over by my nemesis and apparently I have to get out and stop retreating.....
So, who wants to buy me a drink then
