Disappointed today. Obviously mediation isn't working the way it should. I was asked by work to register with a local college to do a computer course, something I've been pushing for a long time. Just something to put on my CV more than anything else. As it turned out my nemesis wasn't invited onto this and so went running to HR to make sure she was included. So, as it turns out she was put on the same open day as me. When I found out I was a bit annoyed but thought sod it, let's just get through this. Came to 4pm today, the time the open Day starts and I find out she went to HR and asked to change her day so she wouldn't have to be around me! Now, that knocked me. I've spent the past 2 weeks coming out of my comfort zone, out from my wall trying to do what I've been asked to do by mediation and in that time she has done nothing and now this rejection. What the hell am I supposed to think now? Tomorrow how am I going to continue with these "little steps" knowing she can't be bothered?
The irony being in the next mediation session she'll walk out happy and I'll walk out just that little more damaged.
Anyway, I'm still getting over the fact that it's taken me this long to listen to Neon Bible by Arcade Fire. I've missed out in my life. Such a great album, it's a daily listen these days. It's basically a soundtrack to my latest problem.....
That problem being that my highly trained squirral army was recently attacked by the local Pigeon airforce. Numbers were decimated as the poor little guys were hit from above and couldn't even escape into the trees. Although, intelligence reports that Snap, Crackle & Pop were involved in a Special Forces tree raid against the squirrals in retailation for the cat hunt
I will hunt those bastards down, even if it means eating every last Rice Krispie. I miss my close friends Squirral No.1, Squirral No.5 and let's not forget Squirral No.8. Next time I'm going with Penguins.

That is awful about the squirrels. I hope you get revenge for the furry ones! Sorry things are not working out with mediation. Some things aren't meant to be. Just focus on yourself. That is all that matters. At least you get some additional training which could be very beneficial in the future for this job and perhaps a new one later on. So good luck with it. Keep your head high and rock out to some more awesome music. It truly does feed the soul! *hugs*
